<description>I am an advocate of composting. It is a shame that so many urban dwellers bag up yard clippings and throw in the trash. A small composting system is easy to set up and reaps the benefit of highly fertile organic soil to add to your flowers, garden, and lawn. For most citizens, kitchen waste is thrown in the garbage when it could easily be added to a composting heap. There are also containers available to keep red earthworms that quickly and cleanly convert organic kitchen waste to organic soil.

Start a garden, start a composting system, start an earthworm box for kitchen waste. All great ideas that are good for the environment and reap the benefit of fresh organic vegetables.
